Cancellation Policy
To help us ensure that we are able to provide quality and timely psychological care for all of our clients, childpsych has a strict cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require you to provide at least 48 business hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

We endeavour to avoid charging you a cancellation fee by approaching other clients on our waitlist or rescheduling your appointment within 48 hours. In exceptional circumstances we will reduce or waive the fee.
